In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.Amen.

Act of Contrition

O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended you, and I detest all my sins because of your just punishments, but most of all because they offend you, my God, who are all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of your grace, to sin no more and to avoid the near occasions of sin. Amen.

An Act of Spiritual Communion

My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.

O St. Francis Xavier, well beloved and full of charity, in union with thee, I reverently adore the Majesty of God; and since I rejoice with exceeding joy in the singular gifts of grace bestowed upon thee during thy life, and thy gifts of glory after death, I give Him hearty thanks therefore; I beseech thee with all my heart’s devotion to be pleased to obtain for me, by thy effectual intercession, above all things, the grace of a holy life and a happy death. Moreover, I beg of thee to obtain for me

Moreover, I beg of thee to obtain for me

(mention request here…)

But if what I ask of thee so earnestly doth not tend to the glory of God and the greater good of my soul, do thou, I pray, obtain for me what is more profitable to both these ends. Amen.

To obtain the grace of a holy life and a happy death.

To seek specific personal intentions, if they align with God's glory.

To imitate the virtues of St. Francis Xavier.

Missionary Zeal & Dedication: A tireless commitment to spreading the Gospel, even in the face of great hardships.

Selfless Service & Generosity: Following his example of giving without expecting reward, toiling without seeking rest, and serving others with love.

Humility and Detachment: Placing God's will above personal ambition, as evidenced by his abandonment of a promising academic career for missionary work.

Courage and Faith: Trusting in God amidst trials, dangers at sea, and challenging, unfamiliar environments.

Love for the Poor: A deep care for the marginalized, the sick, and the "refuge of the miserable".

Joyful Perseverance: Maintaining a spirit of joy and gratitude, even in difficult circumstances.

"V: Pray for us, Saint Francis Xavier.

R: That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ".

Our Father

Hail Mary

Glory Be

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
