The Catholic Defender: Be Strong Be a Man Series with Mark Kiser

King David charges his son Solomon to build the Temple, saying: “Be strong and steadfast, and go to work; do not fear or be dismayed, for the LORD God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you or abandon you before you have completed all the work for the service of the house of the LORD”In 1 Chronicles 28:20

Being a strong man involves emotional resilience, self-control, and the ability to endure, When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own house, his possessions are safe.

Joshua 1:9 is a well-known Bible verse, often quoted for encouragement, which states: "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go". It serves as a reminder to trust in God's presence and power, overcoming fear in challenging times.

It is important that Catholic men become the spiritual leaders God intends for them to be.

In order to do that, men needs to prepare themselves to be faithful in the teachings and understandings of our holy Faith.  To lead by example, willingly and with integrity.  (1 Peter 5:1-4)
