By the intercession of St. Michael and the celestial Choir of Cherubim may the Lord grant us the grace to leave the ways of sin and run in the paths of Christian perfection.

Following the Seraphim Order Are the Cherubim Choir The Choir just above the Thrones. These three Choirs of Angels Are in the First Sphere Of the Angelic hierarchal zones. The Cherubim are Guardians Of light and the stars… Guard the way to the Tree of Life.

The cherubim serve the purpose of magnifying the holiness and power of God. This is one of their main responsibilities throughout the Bible. In addition to singing God's praises, they also serve as a visible reminder of the majesty and glory of God and His abiding presence with His people.

The term Celestial choir in Christianity describes a heavenly gathering of angels and saints who come together to sing praises to God. This assembly embodies the spiritual connection between divinity and worship, reflecting the importance of music and harmony in expressing devotion and reverence in the Christian faith.

The cherubim apparently have to do with the holiness of God as violated by sin; the seraphim with uncleaness in the people of God.

They were closely linked in God's glory. They are manlike in appearance and double-winged and were guardians of God's glory. They symbolized then, God's power and mobility. In the New Testament, they are alluded to as celestial attendants in the Apocalypse (Rv 4-6). Catholic tradition describes them as angels who have an intimate knowledge of God and continually praise Him.

In front of the throne was something that resembled a sea of glass like crystal. Revelation 4-6

The cherubim are equally mysterious, said to have wild human and animal-like features, and yes—these beings have wings. God first charged cherubim with protecting entry into the garden, and in the rest of the story they continue to guard holy spaces where God dwells and Heaven and Earth overlap.

Just as a magnifying glass makes small things appear larger, so too does our praise make God appear "bigger" in our lives. Our challenges, which once seemed overwhelming, begin to shrink in comparison to His greatness. Here's a novel thought: when we praise God, we actually get to bless Him.

The Holy Spirit is the source of power to live a transformed life, one of authentic spiritual fitness. He takes our weaknesses and infuses them with divine strength. He fills our hearts with love for God and others. And He enables us to live in victory over sin, reflecting the character of Christ to a watching world.

While Israelite tradition must have conceived of the cherubim as guardians of the Garden of Eden in which they guard the way to the Tree of life, they are often depicted as performing other roles; for example in the Book of Ezekiel, they transport Yahweh's throne.

He expelled the man, stationing the cherubim and the fiery revolving sword east of the garden of Eden, to guard the way to the tree of life. Genesis 3:24

Cherubim were also depicted in the Temple of Solomon. The cherubim guard the Temple from unauthorized access. Think of who else was cast out of the Garden of Eden, the snake. The flaming sword symbolizes the Word of the Lord in judgement.

the flaming sword a visible manifestation of God's shekinah (dwelling) presence—similar to the flames within the burning bush of Genesis 3.

The sword symbolizes power, protection, authority, strength, and courage; metaphysically, it represents discrimination and the penetrating power of the intellect.

Archangel Jophiel. Leader of the cherubim and representive of the splendour of God. Believed to be the archangel armed with a flaming sword who drove Adam and Eve out of Eden and guarded the gate to prevent their re-entry. He protects those who seek the truth.

Archangel Jophiel is known as the angel of beauty. She can send beautiful thoughts to help you develop a beautiful soul. If you notice beauty in the world or receive creative ideas that inspire you to create beauty, Jophiel may be nearby. Jophiel can communicate in a variety of other ways that engage your mind.

Archangel Jophiel's element is fire and her color is yellow. This is symbolic of the flame of creativity and the light of spiritual illumination.

I thank God for making you such a blessing to people who are seeking beauty in their lives. Please help me notice and appreciate how the beauty of our Creator is reflected in every part of creation—including me.

Often depicted holding a flaming sword, Jophiel symbolizes the power to cut through illusions and reveal the true nature of reality. This potent symbol represents the ability to overcome obstacles and challenges, ultimately leading to spiritual growth and transformation.

Jophiel is a female archangel whose purpose and duty is to protect the innocent and heal those whom are injured or hurt. As Jophiel is Angel Of Beauty, whom uses her charm as a blessing, she is quite delicate and meek towards her duty.

Jophiel, whose name means “beauty of God”, is the archangel who supports artists. She's the archangel of creativity, wisdom and fresh ideas. Jophiel clears chaos and brings calm into our lives. You can call on her to manifest beauty into your life and guide your thoughts back to love.

Archangel Jophiel, often associated with the number 3 in numerology, embodies creativity, joy, and inspiration. If you find yourself drawn to this angel or frequently encounter the number 3 in your life—perhaps through birthdays or significant dates—it might be a sign that Jophiel is reaching out to guide you.
