The apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Siekierki, Poland (1943–1949), are highly venerated and have received significant official recognition from the Catholic Church, though they are often described as having a unique status compared to the country's only "fully" approved apparition at Gietrzwałd.

The first apparition occurred on May 3, 1943, the feast of Our Holy Mother, the Queen of Poland.

Visionary Władysława Papis (maiden name: Fronczek-Frauczuk), a 12-year-old girl. Siekierki (now part of Warsaw), Poland, near a cherry tree where villagers prayed beneath a cross.

Focused on prayer (especially the rosary), repentance, and conversion to avoid severe divine punishment, with a message of love from Jesus starting June 28, 1943.

While the apparitions have not received the same universal, solemn Vatican approval as places like Lourdes or Gietrzwałd, they are widely venerated within the local Church. The site has been recognized by the local Polish diocese, and a sanctuary was built there, with the current chapel blessed in 1999 Polska Prowincja Zakonu Pijarów.

The Siekierki site is an established Diocesan Shrine. Its status is defined by the following milestones of ecclesiastical approval and support

The Siekierki Shrine was officially established as a Diocesan Shrine under the title of "Holy Mother – Teacher of Youth" by Primate Józef Glemp on August 31, 1997.

The local faith community was formalized as a parish under the invocation of the "Holy Virgin Mary – Queen of Believers" on March 15, 1988.

In 1980, Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński officially entrusted the care of the apparition site to the Piarist Order.

The current chapel was blessed by Primate Józef Glemp in 1999, and the church's cornerstone was embedded by Bishop Zbigniew Kraszewski in 1988.

On May 3, 1943 (the Feast of Our Lady, Queen of Poland), 12-year-old Władysława Papis saw the Virgin Mary appearing above a cherry tree.

Mary reportedly appeared as the "Teacher of Youth," calling for conversion and prayer to avert "severe punishment".

Starting June 28, 1943, Jesus also reportedly appeared at the site, emphasizing His love and presence in the Blessed Sacrament. On June 28, 1943, the first of several reported apparitions of Jesus Christ occurred at the same location.

On August 31, 1943, a message warned of a "severe punishment" and a "heavy cross" coming to the nation, which many linked to the later Warsaw Uprising.

The series concluded on September 15, 1949.

Cardinal Glemp blessed the current chapel on August 29, 1999.
