Through you we have been reconciled with our God. You are the advocate of sinners, and the secure haven of those who are sailing on the sea of this life. You are the consolation of the world, the ransom of captives, the joy of the sick, the comfort of the afflicted, the refuge. O great Mother of God, cover us with the wings of your mercy, and pity us. We are given to you, and consecrated to your service. O immaculate Virgin, we are under your protection.

“Holy Mary, I come before you asking for your protection and intercession. Shield me from harm, and cover me with your mantle of love and grace. Protect me from all dangers—seen and unseen—and keep me safe under your maternal care. Amen.”

Beloved Virgin Mary, cover us and protect us with your holy mantle. Accompany us each day and keep us close to your Son, Jesus. Watch over our home, our family, and all those we love. Keep us away from every danger, from all evil, and from anything that could lead us away from God’s path.

When we are afraid, give us comfort; when we are worried, give us peace; and when we feel weak, help us keep our faith alive.

Blessed Mother, intercede for us before Jesus and present to Him our needs, our worries, and our dreams. Teach us to trust God even when we do not understand His plans.
