The Catholic Defender Given Unique Challenges

In the Summer of 2010, at Fort Hood, I had just completed a mission serving as the Emergency Field Medical Badge (EFMB) Instructor for the EMT Lane, the Tactical combat casualty. This encompassed Triage, evacuation of casualties, carries or drags, applying tourniquet, IV care, field dressings, abdominal dressing, treating for hypovolemic shock, placing a nasopharyngeal airway, treating a penetrating chest wound, chest decompression, treating head injuries, fractures, lacerations, contusions, and extrusions of the eye. Also they have to properly fill out a Tactical Combat Casualty Card, load casualties onto ground evacuation vehicles (M996, M997 or M113 Track vehicle).

There is a two week train up where Medic Soldiers rotate to different lanes and each day at the EMT Lane, we would have different people every day. At night we conducted study hall where people could study and ask questions and train using supplies to practice. The third week is all testing and if you receive a No Go, your out of the running for the badge.

The EFMB is one of the more difficult badges to obtain. I earned mine in 1990 and ever since then, we made sure of keeping the integrity of the Badge. It is never just given, it is earned. 400 Soldiers might go for the badge, but only a handful will achieve it. This particular cycle, I had 18 Soldiers make to the last day, after that day, only 4 earned the badge. There were 11 total badge earners out of nearly 400 who went for it.

After this event, I received a challenge from the Sander Clan, an anti-Catholic group that John Benko and I stood shoulder to shoulder against them and many others in the process of time. This challenge appeared on my YouTube page and so I responded:

Phase I

I'll begin this recovery of the debate with my response to what the Sandor Clan says regarding Mary: I am CD (Catholic Defender) and Sandor is, well he is Sandor. CD) Sandor clan, Mary is not just past tense, she is more alive than we are, she is with the Lord. 1339girl, I agree with you, a liar, is a liar, is a liar. Those who condemn and attack the Catholic Faith fall into the liar liar club. Sandor) Defender you have been slipping abundantly, where have I said she is only to be put aside as a past tense being? Just below I said, and I quote "Mary was and is a Phenomenal Blessed Woman unlike no other"! You Silly, Silly Man ;)

CD) Does the Sandor Clan honor Mary when they refer to her as the Devil? "The Fatima vision was a trick of the devil to thwart those people away from the only Redeemer Our Lord Jesus Christ.**** (I know I'll hear flack on that true statement) DON"T BE FOOLED". They will hear it eventually as the Lord himself had been call a devil as well. That is blasphemy. Sandor, your clan calls Mary a Devil, a great deception? You stand by your clan. I've not gone anywhere but rock solid. Your clan makes all kinds of false misrepresentations against the Catholic Faith. You are their head. BTW, nearly 100 thousand people from throughout Portugal traveled to Fatima to witness the Lord's work taking place there. Mary was not there to draw people away from Jesus, but to call them to Him! Also, 99% of those present were already Catholic, there were Athiests and Marxist present who wanted to mock God. The next day, they were praising the name of the Lord.

This was on Sandors Channel just recently, "On Defender's page they claim that we hate and disrespect Mary. (WE DO NOT HATE MARY!) We hate the false presentation they give of Mary, their behavior and worship to the demon they call "Mary." That is NOT even Mary".

CD) We do not teach error regarding Mary, we keep a 2,000 year history of honor and respect to the true Queen of Heaven. To deny this is to show lack of faith in Jesus. Sandor) Lack of Faith in Jesus huh, how does that make any sense in correlation to Mary Defender, show me the exact verse that Jesus said Mary is to be a prayed to either during her life or after her life on earth. Your the one that lacks faith because you squabble around Christs commands believing in outside doctoral creations over Christs Word! Until you can show me such a "direct" verse.... case and point! So because I don't pray to Mary, then I automatically hate her, this is so absurd that I can't take your band of merry men seriously anymore. You do realize you are judging my heart yet again (I love Mary very much). Defender I think it's time to move on, I mean that in the sincerest way, I don't want to hurt you anymore because the Truth hurts, but I hope it opens your eyes. Plus DTB has taught you how to unrighteously Judge a mans heart very well, and that is hurting your soul. Please man, just let it go. God Bless!

CD) Sandor, your the one whose eyes are blinded. You take scriptures only to play a plastic Jesus game. You don't need the bible to believe in the Trinity, yet you believe in the Trinity. You totally misrepresent the truth about Mary because you do not see a command of the Lord,"Talk To Mom"? Actually, the rich in faith will seek her favor and that is in the scripture. You see her as a Protestant sees her. You don't hurt my feelings because you chose to follow the dark-side. I pray for you that you might come to know the Lord without compromise. Your associations are who you look to, not the scriptures exclusively. Sandor) Ok Defender you have said enough, following the bible is following the dark-side then in your opinion! You do realize you are talking about the bible and not the Codex Gigas (The Devils Bible)! There is a Big difference you know! Anyways you've gotta calm down, just leave in peace ok man, I am doing this for your own good. When your ready to accept me for me and love me for me, I will be here for you. CD) Sandor, it's not so much that you reject Mary as much as it is you attack those who don't. I certainly do not reject Mary, from the Annunciation to the Assumption, from Fatima to Quadelupie her message is the same, "Do whatever he tells you"! Sandor, I'll move on when you and your clan quit attacking. Since you have Joe, 1339girl, and AFR in your clan, I don't see your channel changing anytime soon. I think Sola is more than respectful from what I see. It be great if you were more like him. It's interesting that Sandor refereed to my comment about his lack of faith, yet he certainly did not deny what that post was about!!! He believes deep in his left ventricle that Catholics Worship Mary as his clan does. That is what the issue really is. He just lets his clan spell it out for him these days. Sandor, now we are beginning to break this down now, finally, your sharaide is over! You know full well the bible is not the real problem, it is your interpretation of it or the lack there of. Yes, your interpretation has you heading toward the darkside. St. Peter warns, "So also our beloved Paul wrote to you according to the wisdom given him, speaking of this as he does in all his letters. There are some things in them hard to understand, which the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they do the other scriptures". Sandor, your interpretation is what is at stake, not the bible itself. Sandor) Ok Defender you have said enough, following the bible is following the dark-side then in your opinion! CD) Real Catholics participate in real things like going to Senior Citizen homes and visit them, visiting people in the hospital, taking the stand against porno and abortion, it's far more than apologetic. We do it all Brother, it does not phase me that you do not respect us. When you were being accused of hating Catholics I defended you, at least until now. Your associations have taken you away from your faith. If it was my daughter that you were trying to lead away from the Church, we would be at war. Christ is a straight shooter, and he established a Church with authority to preach the Word of God. He didn't just give it to anyone to take for their personal interpretation. The bible condemns this as the Apostles condemned this. You think the Catholic Church created man made doctrines based from man made foundations. That is totally false. The man made denominations who believe in 33,000 denominations who can't agree amonst themselves is the real heresy. You can attack us for not being true Catholics, that does not phase me, I know differently, but again, I will take DTB, Gatta, Sandria, and Cynthia over Joe, AFR, 1339girl, and Sola any day of the week. Through this group, you reject hell, you believe in the rapture trap, you reject Sunday as the Day of the Lord, you reject much of the bible, I could go on and on and on. DTB, Gatta, Sandria, and Cynthia believe in the truth of all these things. Do we fall short, yes we do. I'd rather fall short knowing that we can go to Confession and receive forgiveness for our failures. Sandor) No Defender, the issue is "your clan", I don't care anymore, what don't you get about that, I have fantastic Diplomatic Dialect with great Catholics but for some bizarre reason this cannot be done with your clan! Therefore why waste anymore precious time with this kind of Unstable Craziness when I already can have stable conversations with real Catholics (and Protestants)! Plus this is Childish, if you have something to say then say it on my wall, if not then please move on! Ok Defender, you then believe in all other men and their interpretations over the Lords Word and I will abide in Christs Teachings, anyone can understand his teachings, he did not come for the sake of only Scholars to understand his Word (how Loony), he came so that "ALL" of mankind can understand his teachings, this is why he did not use ambiguous the ocentric Dialect but was a straight shooter and right to the point! Can we please move on, thanks! Defender, I respect and Love true Catholics. Your band of merry men are not of that mold, your not even yourself (I think you know what I mean)! Now then, can this be done with once and for all, I have far more important things to do!

CD) No Mass is secular, it is reflective and part of that heavenly worship of Revelation 4, your Protestant services are a counterfeit. Even so, there are good people who believe it strongly and they have my respect. I will always be tougher with fallen Catholics because their judgement will be more severe. By not going to Confession, you ban yourself, don't blame God because he gave you every opportunity to do his will and you have rejected him. You can't say that because you were baptized your saved. That is another false doctrine your clan believes, OSAS! That is wrong again. BTW, you know full well that it is Jesus who forgives in the Confessional through his Priests, I know, you believe that you must repent and be baptist for all have sinned and fallen short of the Assemblies of God (joke)? Sandor) Your right Defender, 33, 000 denominations is not good and I don't belong to any of them in terms of any of those Churches owning my heart or my thoughts "most people don't use the bible for correction in righteousness", I do! It is not the Church you attend that will save you, this is why I can go to any Church (including a Catholic Church) and learn in the Truths that are being preached and anything false would be weighed against the Word of God in correlation to my heart and thus I would not participate in anything not Biblical!!! Do you Worship a Secular Church or God Directly, there is a Big Difference, it's called the Monster Machine of Pride & once your sucked in it's tough to free yourself from it's grasp.The road is narrow my friend!!! CD) The Mass is liturgy, it comes from God, Jesus established it at the Last Supper. See, you renounce the Mass, the work of God. We have an altar from which those who serve the tabernacle have no right to eat. we are called to receive so we can renew the covenant through this great sacrifice which was and is a sin offering. Jesus suffered outside the gate to consecrate the people by his own blood. We go to him outside the gate, bearing the reproach that he bore. The Mass is from Jesus, not your $20,000 light show and stage set. Sandor) And who do you confess to exactly!!! How do you know I don't repent in accordance to the Bible (Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Acts 2:38). And how do you know my feelings on the Rapture, I don't recall us discussing the matter!!! I think you need to relax because you don't know what your talking about.

CD) So tonight, you have renounced the Mass, you have rejected Confession, you have rejected the Catholic Faith for a lie of the Devil. You don't like the middle man being called "Father", you reject much of the Scriptures to appease your self abased interpretation. "For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, that he may grant you in accord with the riches of his glory to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inner self, and that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the holy ones what the breath and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled with the fullness of God". Sandor) Defender the mass is constant repetitive prayer which nullifies the heart!!! This is what the wide gate teaches let alone Christ warned you of it! Jesus is in the Confessional with a man called Father to forgive your Sins, you can't go straight to God the Creator of the Cosmos to do this, really? One sec let me check my Bible where this is commanded of us . . . . . (Elevator Music) . . . . nope can't see it! Defender, I agree it's not about some light show, don't forget I go to a Catholic Church once in a while)! Defender I practice the Last Supper at my Home during dinner at times! The key is to Worship the Lord EVERYWHERE at ALL times in our hearts & not just repetitive practices of man! On the contrary I proved I practice all of it, but only in the Likes of how Jesus taught it, nothing more (adding to Gods Word) & Nothing Less (Watering the Word Down)! You must be that precise for the Road is that Narrow, and should not be taken lightly!!! CD) I have said nothing but the truth, your the one who have openly renounced the Faith. Jesus gave the Catholic Church the priestly orders in which the Sacraments are administered. You do not nor any Protestant have the power to say the Mass, much less imitate it. Apostolic Succession is the only proof of that authority as we see from the New Testament 5 generations of Apostolic authority being handed down. Today, we are still the same Church 2,000 years later. Just as St. Paul reminds St. Timothy to remember when he was ordained, a Bishop can say the same thing to his priests. It is the same direct authority. Your clan on the other hand are from man made origination built upon sand. "If you forgive mens sins they are forgiven, if you hold them bound they are held bound, Sola, Jesus forgives through his Priests, "As the Father has sent me I now send you"! Through Christ we have been given the Ministry of Reconciliation, we are ambassadors for Christ, as if God were appealing through us. Through the action of the Priest, he, the sinner, will be forgiven. Oh, I beg to differ, the Catholic Church is perfect, it's just that no human can be perfect. However, through God's anointing and power, we are redeemed by his truth in it. The Catholic Church is the Pillar and Foundation of truth. Sandor) Defender, no earthy Church is Perfect including the RCC and that's a FACT!!! We are warned of this too!!! The Father, The Son and the Spirit are the Pillars and foundations of Truth because only they are PERFECT!!! Amen to that and for this I humbly thank you Lord!

CD) By side stepping the Church, Sandor can then in your own mind, believe what you want from Scripture and then give the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit credit for your personal positions. I hate to say this, but I clearly won this encounter last night and that is a fact, doing so with the Sandor Clan not even aware of it. The concessions Sandor makes were many. I got him to openly deny Confession, the Mass, the Eucharist, the Church. I did not bend nor will not bend from the teaching of Christ.. Please, take a look at what I wrote here and compare that with what Sandor says on his channel. Even now on the Sandor Clan Channel they are claiming the "Hail Mary" prayer is worship of Mary. Regardless of whether you believe in the "Communion of the Saints" or not, anyone who knows the "Hail Mary" knows this is not the worship of Mary! "Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you " (this says that Mary is with the Lord), the Angel Gabriel said this to Mary (Luke 1:26-29). "Blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus", this is from St. Elizabeth (Luke 1:39-45). For the Sandor Clan to make this stretch that we worship Mary shows their true hatred of Mary and the Catholic faith. They hate what Mary proclaims about herself.

Phase II

Consider the following temptation that was attempted on me recently. The following was written to me: Sander Clan) "Defender, I have a challenge for you, I know you wont accept and if you do, you wont be honest about it. The challenge is this, don't go to church for one month. Don't be Catholic for one month. Don't say any Catholic prayers, no rosaries, no hail Marys, no saints. Don't do anything Catholic for one month. Instead, just pray directly to God. Seek him out, ask for his guidance. Fast and pray, pray only to God and in Jesus name only. Ask for truth. Do this with a whole heart and you will find, after one month of not being Catholic, that you will never want to return to the RCC. You will discover what Sandor, Sola, Girl, myself and the rest of us have been trying to show you for nearly 2 years!!!" "What have you to lose, Defender?"

CD) I couldn't believe this when I first read this? "What have I to lose?", Well, my soul would be important to me. I recall 1 John 2:18-20, "Children, it is the last hour; and just as you heard that the anti-Christ was coming, so now many anti-Christs have appeared. Thus we know this is the last hour. They went out from us, but they were not really of our number; if they had been, they would have remained with us. Their desertion shows that none of them was of our number." So, I will not forsake my Lord for one second, one minute, let alone one month. Sander) "Try it Defender, I pray this always that you convert to real Christianity." They want me to convert to a new Christianity created and developed by men. Sorry friends, I can't help but see the devil behind the curtain. Sandor) "I have to say I agree with Joe. Defender my friend - what do you have to lose? I did the same test (and I was a Roman Catholic Practitioner the whole 9 yards) and the Lord answered more of my prayers when I let go of all religions and used him (God) alone as my crutch (at least this was/is my experience). But this isn't about answering prayers (I feel like many of us use God for his rewards only which is not the Prime Directives purpose). And if you think you can't do it because you honestly think the Catholic Church is the only way, you need not fear because the Lord would highly appreciate you searching for him the extra mile, not to mention it is our duty to test all things in correlation to Gods Will (and/or using Gods word for reproof in righteousness in all we do). If we didn't test all things & only practiced what we were fed, this surely would acknowledge no real zeal for the Lord but rather conformity for the sake of conforming! I urge you to at least try it, we will be their for you every step of the way! Either way I will always appreciate what you have done for North America (I know Joe does), and we will always love you man!" CD) I feel the need to add a comment here that the Lord has answered countless prayers for me. Healing, conversion, miracles, and much much more. Jesus calls me to receive him at Mass in the Eucharist. This is the way in which to renew the Covenant. The Lord would leave the 99 to find the one gone astray. May these individuals find their true home in the Catholic Church!

St. Paul warns, The gospel given to us has to be nearly 2,000 years old, founded by Christ and commissioned by Christ to go to all the nations teaching them the gospel. This is the Catholic Faith, to deny the Pope, the bishops, the clergy, and all the teachings handed down from Christ to His Apostles would be a serious sin. Just like the Lord resisted the devil in the desert, we must resist him when he comes challenging you. Lord, Jesus, give us the strength to resist the devil as you did so long ago. The Devil will certainly want you to miss Mass so anytime you feel that you are getting weak, trust in the Lord with all your heart. This is a great prayer to recall during such times: "Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host - by the Divine Power of God - cast into hell, satan and all the evil spirits, who roam throughout the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen." The Lord is Our Shephard, and there should be nothing else we should want. All that we have is a gift from Him. Let us be faithful to Him and renew the Covenant with Him at each Mass!"I am amazed that you are so quickly forsaking the one who called you by the grace of Christ for a different gospel not that there is another. But there are some who are disturbing you and wish to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel other than the one that we preached to you, let that one be accursed! As we have said before, and now I say again, if anyone preaches to you a gospel other than the one that you received, let that one be accursed!"
