The Catholic Defender: The Constitution is under attack which includes the Bible

The disregard for the Constitution of the United States of America is also an attack on our Biblical foundation and the Founding Fathers. What is taking place today is a systematic tear-down of our Country. An example of this is "Article I Section 8 (which) concerns taxation, commerce with foreign nations, Immigration, citizenship, providing our Military, our Founding Fathers applied Leviticus 19:34 as a resource for building this Article:

You shall treat the alien who resides with you no differently than the natives born among you; you shall love the alien as yourself; for you too were once aliens in the land of Egypt. I, the LORD, am your God."

The oncoming Administration is pledging to continue to chip away at the Constitution, something that has been happening for decades as Communism has made inroads in our government, higher places of learning, and the media. The final straw bringing down the Constitution was Vice President Pence attacking the contested States with duel Electors. The Electoral College arises from Article II, Section 1, Clauses 2 and 3, which state that:

"Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress; but no Senator or Representative, or person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States shall be appointed an Elector.  The Congress may determine the Time of choosing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States."

Notice that the Constitution states clearly each "State Legislature" appoints the number of Electors "equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives entitled in the Congress". Yet, Pence certified "Electors" that were appointed by either a Governor or the Secretary of State or even a Judge. Pence tossed out the true Electors appointed by the State Legislatures. Senator Ted Cruz called for Pence to send the dual Electors to the contesting States and give them 10 days to send their Electors. But that was rejected by Pence with the eventual destruction of the Constitution and the creation of a Socialist, Marxist, Communist State.

Consider our Three Branches of Government? Our Founding Fathers took Isaiah 33:22 as a means to explain our purpose:

"For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; he it is who will save us."

The Congress makes the laws, our Judicial system ensures our laws are followed (supposed to) and the President acts as our leader. Not a king as the Lord is King, but someone who take the place to govern.

When Biden assumes the office of President, it will not be through the power of the vote but through a Coup detat orchestrated by a conspiracy not seen in American history. The Socialist Democrat as they call themselves now will work against the governmental system beginning with our Founding Fathers. They will pack the Supreme Court, they will seek to create States for more Senatorial Power, they intend to erase the Electoral College, and they will entrench the Presidency so that the Republican Party or what ever may come will never win a national election.

President George Washington said, “Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, Religion and Morality are indispensable supports… And let us with caution indulge the supposition, that morality can be maintained without religion… reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle.” “It is impossible to rightly govern the world without God and the Bible.”

For decades America has been turning little by little into a Secular State, in 1962 the Supreme Court took the Bible and prayer out of public school. In 1973 the Supreme Court opened the door for Abortion spilling innocent blood on our land. On June 26, 2015, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down all state bans on same-sex marriage, legalized it in all fifty states, and required states to honor out-of-state same-sex marriage licenses in the case Obergefell v. Hodges.

What Pence did was a complete surprise in that he holds himself to be a faithful Christian. He will go down along with Senator Lindsay Graham and others being responsible for the downfall of America. There will now be open borders not recognizing immigrants as "illegal" or even "undocumented". Biden pledges to bring in 700% more Muslim extremists to be placed throughout our land from lands who hate our freedoms.

Even tonight it is being reported that Twitter has cancelled President Trump's account forever. The attack on the Bill of Rights and our Constitution, the freedom of speech will be made clear within the first 100 days of this upcoming administration.

The overthrow appears complete, even now before the 20th of January, Nancy Pelosi and other Socialist Democrats seek to impeach President Trump just eleven days left of his presidency. They can't wait before they take over. Just like the fall of Rome, the fall of America will be felt all over the world. China, Russia, the Communist State will seek to take advantage of Americas loss. It will certainly begin economically as Biden ships jobs to China and elsewhere.

As I finish this post, sad as it is, I was watching the movie, "The Alamo" which really gives a unique perspective to what is happening now. We must be strong standing on our holy Catholic faith and hold the line to the things important. No matter how bad it gets, we must keep faith in the Lord as Jesus is in control. Take courage as the Saints of old would have wanted to be in our times because of the opportunity of grace. Our leaders have abandoned us but the Lord will not.
