The Catholic Defender: Prayer for Personal Healing

Heavenly Father, I come before You today in need of Your divine touch. I ask for Your healing power to wash over my entire being—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. You are the Great Physician, the one who created me, and You know every broken or hurting part of my life.

Lord, please remove any sickness, pain, inflammation, or distress from my body. Calm my anxious thoughts, mend my broken heart, and renew my strength when I feel weary. Cast out any fear or doubt, and fill the quiet spaces of my soul with Your perfect, overwhelming peace.
