The Catholic Defender: The 15 Promises Our Lady gave for the Rosary. The Fifteenth Promise

15. Devotion of my Rosary is a great sign of predestination. Notice that the Virgin Mary states the Rosary is a "great sign" of predestination. This is our undertaking using free-will that we want to be saved. Our Lady promises that through the devotion of the Rosary, we are choosing our freedom to please Our Lord and Our Lady in the fight against darkness. Consider Ephesians 1:3-6, "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavens, as he chose us in him, before the foundation of the world, to be holy and without blemish before him. In love he destined us for adoption to himself through Jesus Christ, in accord with the favor of his will, for the praise of the glory of his grace that he granted us in the beloved."

God is all knowing, He is God, yet, He gives us the choice to love and serve Him. As God, He knows the choices we make. The Lord certainly is no monster making the judgement that some will be saved and others damned by a process of illumination. Not at all, there are false voices out there trying to deceive the faithful. Our Lady promises that the devotion of the Rosary will aid us in standing up for the truth and oppose heresy. Romans 8:28-30 states, "We know that all things work for good for those who love God,* who are called according to his purpose. For those he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, so that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those he predestined he also called; and those he called he also justified; and those he justified he also glorified."

God does not send a person to Hell, anyone in Hell have themselves to blame because they chose sin and rebellion. The Rosary is 180 degrees opposite of that. When we stand before Judgement, we will receive His Justice. The "great sign" of the Rosary is a faithful heart to love God with their whole heart, mind, soul, and strength. Philippians 3:21 states, "He will change our lowly body to conform with his glorified body by the power that enables him also to bring all things into subjection to himself." The devotion of the Rosary is like a vitamin that helps build our bodies to conform our ways to His ways, His will be done, not our own will. Better yet, the Lord's will becomes our own.

Have you ever heard the acronym "WWJD, What Would Jesus Do"? I really prefer WIJD, What IS Jesus Doing! With the devotion of the Rosary, we are giving prayer and sacrifice to aid the Lord in His Work. When we do what Our Lord is calling us to do, we become His hands. When we go where Our Lord is calling us to go, we become His feet. When we speak His Word, we become His voice.

Exodus 32:26 states, "Moses stood at the gate of the camp and shouted, “Whoever is for the LORD, come to me!” All the Levites then rallied to him," Our Lady is calling out to the Church and asking "Whoever is for the Lord, come to me". Those committed to the Rosary are growing in the Lord, Jesus through Mary, the surest way. That is the "great sign" of the Rosary.

The reflection of the 15 Promises of Our Lady offers a great grace beyond all understanding. Job 36:25 states, "see, God is great beyond our knowledge, the number of his years past searching out." God's ways are not our ways. To put on the mind of Christ, we must submit ourselves to do His will. "O Lord, You have searched me and known me. You know when I sit down and when I rise up; You understand my thought from afar. You scrutinize my path and my lying down, And are intimately acquainted with all my ways. Even before there is a word on my tongue, Behold, O Lord, You know it all. You have enclosed me behind and before, And laid Your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; It is too high, I cannot attain to it."

Psalm 139:1-6

We can not attain it, but with God all things are possible. Jesus told St. Faustina to have a picture of Him painted and place the word's "Jesus, I Trust In You". Jesus loves us beyond understanding and He wants us in Heaven for eternity. Through the devotion of the Rosary, may we be wise to embrace the Rosary as part of are petitions. May the Lord bless us and our land for the cause of freedom and liberty Amen. Hail Mary, Full of Grace, The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.
