The Catholic Defender: Reincarnation is False

On December 12, 2021, Deepertruth Member John Carpenter during the "Journey with Mary" Radio series live on Deepertruth quoted the Virgin Mary (July 24, 1982, 12:00 PM) the following message:

"You go to Heaven in full conscience: that which you have now. At the moment of death, you are conscious of the separation of the body and soul. It is false to teach people that you are reborn many times and that you pass to different bodies. One is born only once. The body, drawn from the earth, decomposes after death. It never comes back to life again. Man receives a transfigured body."

Mother Mary was responding to a question that was asked regarding reincarnation. This false belief of reincarnation has kind of crept into American culture through the influx of Eastern Mysticism. In the 1960's Rock groups such as the Beach Boys and the Beatles began spreading this influx that became popular through their music and concert appearances. It is estimated that after the Beach Boys began spreading the teachings of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi at their 1968 tour through the United States 1,000,000 young Americans became followers. The Beatles also took an interest in this kind of religion especially George Harrison who became a follower of Hare Krishna. Next time you listen to Harrison's song, "My Sweet Lord", pay attention to the ending of the song. The song is not dedicated to Jesus Christ, it is dedicated to Hare Krishna.

As this "Krishna Consciousness" began to filter into the United States through this invasion of thought, our culture began to radically change. When I was at Medjugorje, I had the opportunity to witness to Buddhist Pilgrims visiting there. I was able to take Our Ladies Message there debunking reincarnation and apply her response with what the bible says on the subject:

"According to the law almost everything is purified by blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness. Therefore, it was necessary for the copies of the heavenly things to be purified by these rites, but the heavenly things themselves by better sacrifices than these. For Christ did not enter into a sanctuary made by hands, a copy of the true one, but heaven itself, that he might now appear before God on our behalf. Not that he might offer himself repeatedly, as the high priest enters each year into the sanctuary with blood that is not his own; if that were so, he would have had to suffer repeatedly from the foundation of the world. But now once for all he has appeared at the end of the ages to take away sin by his sacrifice. Just as it is appointed that human beings die once, and after this the judgment, so also Christ, offered once to take away the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to take away sin but to bring salvation to those who eagerly await him." (Hebrews 9:22-28)

Jesus will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, He will come at the end of this age to usher in the Seventh Age that will last forever. This life has one life to live, Our Lady's response is totally biblical and should be a warning to those who push strange doctrines such as reincarnation. John Carpenter presented the point that there are manifestations that seem to point to reincarnation. These are demonic instructions:

"Now the Spirit explicitly says that in the last times some will turn away from the faith by paying attention to deceitful spirits and demonic instructions through the hypocrisy of liars with branded consciences." (1 Timothy 4:1-2)

St. Paul continues encouraging St. Timothy:

"If you will give these instructions to the brothers, you will be a good minister of Christ Jesus, nourished on the words of the faith and of the sound teaching you have followed. Avoid profane and silly myths. Train yourself for devotion, for, while physical training is of limited value, devotion is valuable in every respect, since it holds a promise of life both for the present and for the future." (1 Timothy 4:6-9)

Our Lady, the Mother of Christ, continues to point to her Son, Jesus Christ as "the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me". (Jesus) (John 14:6) After two hours of speaking with Buddhist pilgrims at Medjugorje, they came to a deep relationship with Jesus through Mother Mary. That was wonderful to see and participate in. If Buddha, who lived about 600 years before Christ, would have had the opportunity to have known Jesus, he would have knelt at the feet of Jesus. I explained that when you go to the grave of Jesus, Jesus is not there, He is risen. All these other religious founders are still in their grave.

With this false Religion, what I would call the return of ancient Paganism, we are seeing the aftermath of the Sexual Revolution of the 1960's. Contraception, Abortion, Homosexuality,

Divorce, destruction of the family, and confusion of what a family is brings in the sad consequences of death, disease, suicide, loss of faith. 2 Timothy 3:1-5 clearly expresses these times, "But understand this: there will be terrifying times in the last days. People will be self-centered and lovers of money, proud, haughty, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, irreligious, callous, implacable, slanderous, licentious, brutal, hating what is good, traitors, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, as they make a pretense of religion but deny its power. Reject them." These things seem to be interconnected. Classic rebellion.

Ephesians 5:11 States, "Take no part in the fruitless works of darkness; rather expose them, for it is shameful even to mention the things done by them in secret; but everything exposed by the light becomes visible, for everything that becomes visible is light. Therefore, it says: “Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will give you light." How sad it is to learn how Satan has deceived so many through these false prophets of our time. Notice how they switch Alleluia to Krishna in this song, Sadly, George Harrison was raised Catholic who abandoned Christ for a false god. Notice some of the pictures of George Harrison in this video, as a young person, he reminds me of any kid who had lost his way. So sad.

Music is so important, in praise, when we sing to God, we pray twice. Instead, lets offer our songs of praise to Jesus Christ! This song (Be Not Afraid) was my dedication when I was Stationed in Korea and for my Mother as she laid on her death bed.
