The books of 2022

As we turn the corner into 2022, I literally already have about 70 books on deck to read in the new year! I will have to read about 55 pages per day- all year- to complete the task. I'm going to give it my best.

It looks like this one will be first.

Among the Big ones I intend to tackle in 2022:

1. The Summa Theologica- Saint Thomas Aquinas- 5 book set

2. Mystical City of God- Saint Maria Agreda- 4 book set

3. The Philokalia- A summary of the early church fathers- 4 book set

4. Faith of the Early Fathers- 3 book set

5. Man of the Century: The life and times of John Paul II- Jonathan Kwitny

Those 5 works alone equal almost 10,000 pages which is about the total of what I read this year. As you can see, I have my work cut out for me. 17 books right there.
