The Catholic Defender: The Presumption of Innocence
September 26, 2018
The past few days we have seen Washington D.C. take sides on President Trump's nominee, Judge Kavanaugh. To date, there have been three women who have come out making decades old hidden claims until now; Christine Blasey Ford, Deborah Ramirez, Julie Swetnick.
Is there a binding tie among these three women?
1. Christine Blasey Ford is a dedicated, registered Democrat who has made contributions to Democrat political organizations. She participated in Marches protesting President Trump. Ford also considered moving to New Zealand if Judge Kavanaugh were to be placed on the Supreme Court.
2. Deborah Ramirez is a registered Democrat who works as a volunteer supporting a Progressive Alliance for Non-Violence that "help victims of domestic violence". (Unfortunately, this does not include support for the unborn child who suffers in the extreme of domestic violence.)
3. Julie Swetnick was born of Russian Immigrants who were grounded in Socialism. Joseph Moglen, Julie's father, was a Socialist Trade Union activist. Julie's Aunt, Helene Moglen is a prominent Jewish Feminist from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
All three of these women are coming from Left-Wing influenced politics. Despite the fact that Judge Kavanaugh had six FBI Investigations that never found even a hint of such activities that these woman have accused? None!
MY CONCERNS: In the past, when Democrats feared losing votes and elections, women will come forward with such allegations to try and destroy the Republican Candidate. I remember Herman Cain as a great example of this.
What these three women are doing is working within the Democrat playbook to bring down a highly qualified Judge to stall against the Supreme Court's nominee to keep the Court leaning Left. What the real concern among Democrats is Roe V Wade and the recent Obama led Court for Gay Marriage.
President Trump defends Judge Kavanaugh saying, "one of the finest human beings you will ever have the privilege of knowing or meeting", which leads to a very important American foundation: The accused have the "presumption of innocence"!
